Check In/Check Out

Check in is anytime from 3 p.m, if you need to arrive earlier or very late please make arrangements in advance. If you can give an estimated arrival time that would be great. Check out is by 10 a.m.

Confirmation of Booking/Deposit

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit (equalling 50% of total booking)

Payments

We accept payment by cash, paypal or cheque

Cancellations

A small B&B such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.

If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason, they must notify us by telephone or in writing; the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival date: any monies paid will be refunded with no further charge

Cancellations 6 to 30 days prior to arrival date: deposit not returned

Cancellations 5 days or less from arrival date: full cost of booking is payable

N.B. Should we be able to re-book the room, a refund may be made to the guest dependent upon the period re booked
